Whole White Truffle Extra consists of whole white truffles suspended in their natural preserving liquid, made from water, salt, and the particles released during sterilization, creating an intense truffle essence.

Truffle Mélange is a blend of sliced Bianchetto and Summer truffles, olive oil, and salt, designed to give your recipes an unmistakable truffle flavor.

Preserved truffles are cleaned and ready to use: simply rinse, drain, and pat them dry with paper towel. They can then be sliced or grated just like fresh truffles, with the same yield as fresh product.

The pre-sliced varieties, on the other hand, are ready to use immediately, making them especially convenient for quick preparation. They are highly practical and perfectly meet the aesthetic needs of elegant plating.

They are recommended for first courses, meat dishes, and fish dishes, just like fresh truffles, while also offering a creative and flavorful twist to classic recipes.

Black truffles are best enjoyed in traditional preparations, simply enhanced with salt, pepper, and a clove of garlic, lightly sautéed in olive oil until golden. The garlic should then be removed before serving.
